Our story

Choosing transformation is like free diving—it’s a plunge into the depths of who you are, with only one breath and a quiet knowing. As you descend, the way forward might be shadowed, but something deep inside whispers that the next breath will awaken you like never before.

Revolution Retreat was born from this call to dive deeper, to bring lasting transformation to people all over the world. For Roxy, Amanda, and Meesh, this mission isn’t abstract; it’s rooted in their own experiences of upheaval, introspection, and growth. Each has faced moments that demanded a complete unearthing of their lives, forcing them to confront and reshape themselves with honesty and courage.

So, when Roxy approached Meesh and Amanda with the idea of creating a space for this kind of profound change, they knew they were ready. Together, they built Revolution Retreat—a sanctuary for those who are ready to journey inward, to find healing, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.

  • Founder

Since childhood, Roxy has been immersed in the arts of music and movement, honing her craft as both a dancer and musician. With over 13 years as a professional dancer, she has also graced stages as a vocal and instrumental performer, participating in large bands, choirs, theatre, operettas, and sacred sound healing ceremonies. Her deep appreciation for the connection between rhythm, music, and movement is something she strives to share with her students.

Certified by Yoga Alliance since 2017, Roxy has pursued extensive training in Bali and beyond, focusing on unifying mind and body to reveal the soul’s wisdom. Her specialties include Vinyasa, Yin, Aerial, and Nidra yoga, as well as meditation and sound healing. She places a high value on the power of breath to regulate the nervous system, believing that it awakens our voice, movement, and thoughts.

In addition to her yoga practice, Roxy is a leader within the Las Vegas Kirtan Collective, where she guides a magical weekly mantra meditation to support community healing through sound and self-expression.

Roxy’s journey into health and wellness began in 2013 after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. She turned to nutrition and mental wellness, developing a profound connection with the wisdom of nature and bio-individual intelligence. She is certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and continues to study the impact of food on the body through life’s transitions.

  • Mindful Movement and Wellness Coach.

Mindful movement, conscious communication, and authentic self-expression are the principles that guide Amanda’s life and work.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Amanda developed an early passion for exercise, exploring nature, and community building. After high school, she enlisted in the Army, where she served for six years, learning invaluable lessons in resilience and perseverance. Her time in the military also reinforced her commitment to a consistent movement practice, a truth that continued to guide her as she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Her studies sparked a curiosity about healing movement, leading her to explore a range of wellness modalities.

Driven by a desire to understand and support healing, Amanda became a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and earned certifications in Yoga Teaching, Personal Training, and Nutrition Coaching.

Over the past five years, Amanda has worked for a technology company, overseeing health & wellness and professional development initiatives. She empowers people to live mindfully and encourages them to discover and embody their most authentic selves.

  • Mind-Body Connection Facilitator

Meesh is a living testament to embodying growth, healing, and creativity. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she now calls Las Vegas, Nevada home. Her lifelong passion for dance led her to rhythmic gymnastics in her youth, launching a 13-year career that culminated in elite-level competition—representing the USA on the world stage and training for the Olympics.

After retiring, Meesh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During her studies, she found peace in strength training, but she soon realized that chronic pain and body imbalances were hindering her movement and well-being. This awareness sparked a deep commitment to the mind-body connection, inspiring her to pursue certification as a Personal Trainer with a specialization in functional, pain-free movement.

To share her passion for mindful movement, Meesh founded Live The Question LLC, where she teaches others to cultivate body awareness, connect with their breath, and move from a place of intuitive knowing. Through her work, Meesh empowers people to experience freedom in movement and to live with a greater sense of harmony and self-awareness.
