July 12, 2025: Arrival & Ceremony

Arrive at Villa Yeh Gangga for a welcome drink and Balinese massage. Settle in, enjoy Balinese cuisine, and join an evening opening ceremony to set intentions.

Begin with journaling, meditation, yoga, and breathwork, focusing on calming the nervous system and building inner safety.

  • The retreat will be held at our retreat center in Pererenan, Bali.

  • Retreat Dates: July 12 - July 20th, 2025.

  • Transportation to and from retreat organized excursions will be provided.

    Flights are not included.

  • Lodging for the entire retreat is included.

    8 Dinners, 7 Lunches, 8 Breakfasts, juice & smoothies and a 24/7 tea/coffee station are all included.

  • Yes, it is extremely important to us to accommodate all dietary needs. Please tell us the specifics of your dietary restrictions well in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • You are not required to attend the excursions and can opt out if you would like, however the excursions are built into your retreat tuition.

  • Attendance at all workshops is not mandatory, but you are encouraged to take part in all the training sessions.

  • Yes, there will be wifi service. Cell phone service depends on your carrier, we recommend getting an Indonesian SIM card or upgrading your service for out of country roaming for your time away with us. We utilize Whatsapp during the retreat for group communication/ updates/ location pins etc so it is important you have access during the retreat.

  • If you are completely new to holistic healing you are in the right place! We will be breaking down these concepts and diving deep into them so no prior experience is needed. If you do have experience already, great! There will be plenty of new concepts and take-aways for all experience levels.
